How I Work.

The hours I dedicate to your business are yours. You can trust that they will be uninterrupted. I am 100% focused on ensuring the goals we have defined together will be executed according to our plan.

Hours.

I recognize that working remotely has its opportunities and challenges. To allow the best collaboration, I typically work within Eastern Standard and European time zones. I do accommodate some exceptions, when needed. Holidays and unavailable days will be communicated one week in advance.

I prefer the following communication methods: Email, Slack/Teams or Voxer.

Confidentiality.

I follow a strict confidentiality code and will not share any information to a third party, and I hope that you follow the same. All passwords and/or documentation shared will be returned and deleted at the end of our contract.

Payments & Invoicing.

All payments for service hours are paid upfront using ACH or credit card.

Invoices are sent electronically after the contract of work is signed. Work will begin after the payment of invoice is received.

Password Sharing.

In order to get into the nitty-gritty of your business, I need to be able to see how everything is set up. To ensure all passwords are protected properly, I use LastPass for password sharing. If you don’t already have an account, you can set one up so we can share log in and password details for the projects.

Refunds.

When you buy a package with me, I am committing my time to you and your business. My commitment with you affects how I work with other clients. For that reason, I do not allow refunds or roll over of unused hours.

Meetings.

I value your time as much as I value my own. We will have standing weekly meetings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please provide 24 hours notice, and I will do the same.

There is a 10 minute “no-show” rule. If either of us does not show up to the meeting within 10 minutes of the scheduled start, the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled.

The Benefits.

When we work together, you have full access to me. This means, that I am ingrained in the business and the project with you, working side by side and making sure you know I am focused on your success.

All communications sent to me will be returned within 48 business hours.

If you already have Project Management tools within your business, I am happy to work directly within them. If not, I can get you set up on my Project Management tool, so we are all working collaboratively together, and you always have real-time information to what is going on!
