Using existing Tools to optimize efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Lindsay was able to use the tools we were already using and added to them to make us more efficient and reduce redundant actions. Additionally, we were given tools and instructions to be able to troubleshoot any potential issues.
We are very happy with the results of this project and received more than expected. As a result of this, we are looking into more optimization projects to help us fine-tune other aspects of our business.
