How it works.
We spend 3 months together using my 4 steps approach to:
Observe - What are you doing today and what systems and technologies do you currently have in place
Organize - Do you have a process for recurring tasks? Are you using a Project Management tool? Do you already have SOPs in place?
Implement - For anything that is missing from the Organize phase, we will implement those pieces
Optimize - After we have the baseline of current state, we will start optimizing processes, systems, and tools to save time and money for you and your team.
