  • We primarily work with Membership.io (formerly known as Searchie). as the system you are migrating into. If this is not the system you want to work on, let’s discuss on a call.

  • Yes! This package includes both the technical build or migration and design of a clear, intuitive member journey that supports retention and growth.

  • Most projects are completed within 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of your current membership.

  • Yes — we’ll need access to your current membership content, branding assets, and any specific platform credentials. I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step.

  • No, I am. not a graphic designer. You will need to have your font, branding guidelines, and logos already set up. I will use those and your current brand aesthetic to create the design of the site.

  • Absolutely. Training for your VA or key team member is included so your business can operate smoothly after launch.

  • Yes, absolutely! Depending on your needs, we can split the total into 2 or 3 payments. Just let me know what works best for you when we chat.

  • Yes! I accept payments in USD, Euro, and GBP. If you’d like a Euro or GBP invoice, just email info@lindsayconnollyconsulting.com. We’ll provide an invoice with my VAT number and VAT tax detailed separately — just be sure to include your VAT number so we can add it.

  • If you are located in Belgium, VAT will be added on top of the quoted price. For clients in all other countries, no additional VAT will be applied.
